性別: 女 (男/女)
年齡: 21
身高: 157cm
體重: 47kg
BMI: 19 (BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率: 22% (若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:早餐店奶茶、紅茶,芋餅、雙胞胎、飯糰、麵包店的肉鬆麵包等
以上吃外面買的菜單
如果是自己家裡準備就是一杯麥片,一個奶油麵包
午餐:吃家裡煮的家常菜,白飯是普通磁碗一碗的分量
我都配著菜吃,飯吃完就不再吃了
晚餐:內容同上
其他:(可免填)
有時候因為趕時間所以晚上只吃兩個麵包或只喝一杯大杯手搖飲料
通常是紅茶少冰半糖
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上7點起床
(上班)
中午12點半午休半小時
(上班)到4點
晚上6點開始上課到10點
晚上11:30睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
半工半讀學生,白天上班,晚上上課
運動習慣:
平常日每天都4點下班,而晚上6點才要上課,所以我都是4點下班後
開始運動,跑步的話是走到家裡附近的國小操場,熱身5分鐘,先走5分鐘
等到有點喘再開始跑20分鐘不間斷,我計算過這樣我每天跑了2000公尺
因為晚上要趕上課,所以也不能跑很久
騎健身車的話,都是騎40分鐘,時速大概20,阻力一開始前10分鐘騎4
後來都改成5,心跳有體力的時候會維持在130左右
但有時太累,就只有8、90
以上活動進行前都會拉筋
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
從事上面的活動也已經有依年的時間了,之前前半年我是靠跑步還有飲食
控制(就是吃很少),從原本48公斤減到45,但是後來學校功課壓力大
我又吃ㄧ些甜食(例:薔薇派)胖回去48,直到上學期期末考完放寒假
又開始跑步跟少吃才漸漸回到47公斤
現在體重幾乎在46ˋ47公斤之間來回跑,沒有很大的變化
很煩惱,手臂有一點蝴蝶秀,肚子有小腹,最胖的是大腿跟屁股
腿有19.5吋,屁股34吋
現在主要是我覺得45公斤對我來說就剛好了,可是昨天跟朋友聊天
才發現,原來我這個身高45公斤就真的只是剛好而已!
最漂亮應該要43公斤,聽到這個我好打擊阿!囧
原來自己一直不算漂亮(淚)
想請問各位,這樣子的生活、運動方式,可以從47公斤瘦到43嗎?
因為我覺得可能是之前每天熱量沒有控制好的關係,導致我很容易就
"突然"胖一公斤,好幾個禮拜努力的心血功虧一簣
還有在戶外跑步我都已經跑到長曬斑了,現在要再進行一次
就好怕曬黑阿,版上有女版友可以提供我加強防曬的方法嗎?
有想要做重訓、長肌肉,但不知從何開始
我知道43公斤可能太勉強,那45公斤應該OK吧!
請各位告訴我有哪裡需要改進的,謝謝!
