以前一個禮拜練三次 一次兩小 大約持續一年了
現在因時間關係想改成一禮拜兩次
以前菜單如下
腿肩
胸三頭
背二頭
腿:squat, leg press, leg crul, lunge
肩:槓鈴肩推,阿諾肩推,側平舉,reverse fly
胸:自由槓,史密斯,cable
三頭:滑輪下壓
背:pull up machine (窄.寬),滑輪下拉(窄.寬),槓鈴划船,硬舉
目前自己想到的是
胸背三頭
腿肩二頭
或
胸腿三頭
背肩二頭
菜單同上
想請各位巨巨給點意見
