雞胸肉調理的問題請教 - 健身

我嘗試後做法 是這樣
順便請教一個小問題
雞胸肉 抹一些許海鹽
中間切一道縫 像是饅頭夾蛋的概念
裡面塞薑絲 和小片的紅蘿蔔
如果能接受燜煮的人 應該還行
如果這樣做法有不對的地方
歡迎提出指教~~
還有請教下 蒸出來的湯汁
成分是類似什麼啊
之前看起來覺得都是油 都直接倒掉了(暈
昨天看po文有人說是精華 雞精
今天弄時嚐了一下 挺像雞湯的
