臥推時手腕與槓的位置 - 健身

最近在臥推時,被糾正說臥槓時手腕要打直才不會傷到手腕,正常重量可直
但小弟在做6rm的重量時,手腕就會有點彎掉不過槓還是落在與手臂上
剛好昨天看到館長教學,影片後面也有提到槓的重量要落在手腕上與手臂成垂直,
爬了版上關於臥推,也沒看到相關問題,
不知道各位巨巨有什麼看法~
