一到下午肚子就好餓 - 減肥

生完小孩6個月了,目前餵母奶中還沒空減肥,
雖然以前減肥時在這個板上晃也知道很多東西了,
不過吃東西上暫時就隨給給它去了
(早餐大多是包子類的,偶爾會有飯糰),
另外一個麻煩就是二寶有過敏體質(異位性皮膚炎,還挺嚴重的),
所以我吃東西還得注意不能吃到或是少吃被列為高過敏性的食物。
午餐只要早上沒公差,就會用小電鍋煮煮水餃或是湯麵,
有公差的日子,就是跟著辦公室同事訂便當,
但有時辦公室沒訂便當,就會和不同辦公室的同事訂素便當
(因為他們辦公室的人都是吃素的,只能訂素的),
哺乳媽很需要熱量,想當然爾胃口當然也變大了,
中午吃掉一個便當是沒問題的啦~~
(而且我還得再加飯...f囧 而且即使吃得比以前多,體重還是有緩步下降)
辦公室同事訂葷的便當,因為都是排骨便當、雞腿便當等很多蛋白質食物,
所以在吃下一餐之前肚子不怎麼會餓,
可是訂素便當的日子,中午十二點多吃完便當,下午三、四點就開始餓了
(便當都有加飯加菜了,頂多讓我撐到快五點才餓...Orz
素便當裡沒什麼可以擋餓的蛋白質啊....都是少少的豆類製品)
辦公室裡有買一些餅乾類的東西,但餅乾類是澱粉,實在擋不了多少,
不知道有什麼蛋白質類的食物可以方便在辦公室吃的呢.....
(牛奶、豆漿、麥片就不用建議了,這三種都是高過敏食物....)
