請教各位大大:
1、每天跑3000公尺
2、2天跑一次5000公尺,
這二種運動方式會有不同的影響嗎?
以小弟粗淺的認知:
A:運動貴在持之以恆,多次適當程度運動勝過少次激烈運動,所以每天跑3000較優?
B:肌肉休息成長約需要48~72小時,所以二天跑5000較優?
如果是您,您會選擇哪一種?
考慮的因素是什麼?
小弟在選擇時要注意哪些事項?
