原PO女生 身高160 體重54
是服務業~每天都是睡到早上11點
接著上12點的班~~緊接著都是直接吃午餐
以今天為例子
依舊是沒有吃早餐..然後接著中午的魷魚羹麵
晚上則吃兩個手捲跟一個綜合大的沙拉+油醋醬
到了半夜12點為了補足熱量自己用雞湯塊+冬粉+蛋+香菇+萵苣
為自己煮了消夜(汗
算了一下..魷魚羹麵約450卡+手卷沙拉約400卡+消夜約為300卡
總合計1150卡 這樣夠嗎??
今天跟另外兩個女同事聊到..我很怕溜溜球效應
不敢吃太少 但是偏偏我都會少一餐
所以就算我少的那一餐補在消夜也沒關係嗎??
減肥了兩個月從58.8--->54
早上幾乎都不吃 常常晚上都跟著男朋友吃宵夜
卻奇妙的瘦下來??
原理到底是...?
