各位前輩大家好
小弟正努力的重新減重中
但老婆並不喜歡我減重,她說肉肉胖胖的很好
前年我從96瘦到72她有點不高興
還好體力和心肺能力的進步稍微彌補了她的不滿
也認同瘦下來好處不少。
去年底因為運動傷害,停止運動
加上迷上萬惡的垃圾食物(蠶豆+啤酒......已戒)
一個月從72胖到79,肚子的肥肉都多一圈
所以文章開頭才說最近「重新」減重中
我早餐和午餐在公司吃,可以自己控制熱量和種類
平常早餐
三明治或大亨堡擇一+兩顆茶葉蛋+愛之味燕麥飲
約500大卡
平常午餐:
公司便當的白飯約半碗+便當裡的青菜+兩顆水煮蛋
主菜的肉類會吃一點
約500~700大卡左右
飲料都以無糖為主,很久沒喝含糖飲料了
晚餐就很難控制了,因為要陪老婆小孩吃飯
而且我們是外食族,再加上常常要收拾小孩吃不完的廚餘
重點是不能讓老婆知道我又在飲食控制
所以晚餐幾乎都吃得很放縱,都在一千大卡以上吧
晚餐兩小時後會去跑步,幾乎每天跑,基本里程8公里起跳
一個月大約跑220~240公里
但是一個月過去了,體重好像都沒掉
肚子一樣很大一圈....
晚餐吃得放縱真的影響那麼大嗎?
