目前身高160
之前從55瘦回50之後持續運動
因為食慾很好近半年體重慢慢的回到52停滯中
不過因為有健壯的二頭肌和股四頭肌
看起來好像也沒變胖 加上沒有繼續變重的趨勢也沒有很積極要減
昨天早上起床量體重時是51.6kg
因為很忙
早餐(自製杏仁糙米漿 約一碗半的飯量)及中餐(自製香腸蕃茄燉飯 一條半的香腸+1碗飯)
吃比較少 這大概都只是平常份量的2/3
晚餐也忙到快八點才吃(不過吃很好 烤肉吃了一堆海鮮和1片土司)
也因為烤肉很鹹喝了一堆水
回家之後發現房間太過潮溼 決定開著除溼機睡覺 開了大概5hr
結果今天早上量體重
變成49.7kg ???!!!!!!!
到底是我昨天吃太少還是我被除溼除掉2kg?????
有點驚訝阿
除溼有消水腫的功效嗎囧?!
怎麼算2kg不可能是燃燒熱量造成的阿
但是體重計都同一台 同一時間量
我還量了好幾次
誤差有可能到2kg嗎?!!.......
