大叔我今天去運動中心,又遇到高坡小紅了!
(高坡=坡度最高,小紅=她每次都穿紅色短褲)
我見她走向跑步機,正準備開始運動,
興奮的我見機不可失,馬上上前詢(ㄉㄚ)問(ㄕㄢˋ)
「不好意思,請問一下~
我經常看到你來這裡運動,都把跑步機坡度調到最高,
手搭著前面走,一走就是一小時以上,
請問...這是有什麼依據的鍛鍊方式嗎?」
只見小紅泛紅著臉頰,伸出她的一陽指,
指向控制螢幕上端
「因、因為這個卡路里會比較多...」
「...就這樣!!??」 ( ̄□ ̄|||)a
「...是阿 哈哈」(害羞)
所以...恩...很高興解開了我心中的疑惑。
