各位好 其實不知道該在哪裡問@@
最近壓力有點大需要紓壓
所以恢復運動的習慣了(以前是月跑200-300km的業餘跑者)
正好可以開始面對原本放棄的身材
因為剛開始運動想循序漸進就好
但這週到昨天已經跑了三次加起來約30K
今天早上也有去健身房重訓(全身
但是好像還是想運動…
我覺得我再跑下去可能會受傷(有感覺
且忘記在哪裡爬文看到
重訓過後肌肉需要時間修復
所以我是不是晚上也不能再去重訓了?
壓力還是很大
今天也看過電影 亂買一堆運動用品了
正在吃宵夜中
但還是想運動 手腳很癢QQ
如果是各位會怎麼做呢?
我不會游泳別叫我去游泳><
