一學期了 - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:吐司兩片+低脂鮮奶//麥片4-5匙+低脂鮮奶//有時候會吃一顆粽子
午餐:自助餐(三菜+半片魚)+燕麥2-3匙
晚餐:1/3碗白飯+青菜+魚or肉
其他:離開宿舍回到家之後開始進入無宵夜狀態~"~
日常作息時間: 十二點左右睡 七點多起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
一星期至少慢跑五天
每次約四十分鐘 心跳數沒算><
我的問題:
說來慚愧 早在三月和四月各來fitness版po一次減肥文
結果三四五月都圍繞在打籃球的運動傷害之下 (扭傷腳)
在這期間可真是痛苦 想去慢跑 但礙於腳傷又怕跑了更慢恢復
最後五月中旬過後左腳和右腳的傷總算好得差不多了
也所幸乾脆不太去碰籃球 希望身體能一直健健康康下去 不要有傷!
然後開始用excel記錄起體重 http://goo.gl/e5upx
今天去看中醫 看到竟然有Inbody 量測又不用錢 就很高興的去測了一下
體重84.0 骨骼肌重37.7kg 體脂肪重18.0kg
四月底量體脂
體重89kg 體脂24.8% 脂肪重22.072kg
剛剛量體脂
體重84kg 體脂21.4% 脂肪重18.000kg

Δ體重-5kg Δ體脂肪重-4.072kg
四月份那次量 是用學校的歐姆龍體脂計量的
可能會和剛剛用inbody量的有誤差 不過數據看起來蠻爽的XDD
這篇算是持續慢跑一個月的心得 + 鼓勵自己繼續維持下去
目標體重77 體脂17% 至少可以讓我穿上三年前32腰的牛仔褲 Orz
希望下次再到fitness版發文 可以像版上許多先進們一樣
