各位版友好 小弟爬文及多數資料都寫到
一定要吃到基代才能健康的瘦身
但小弟有130kg 換算起來基代高達兩千六百卡……
我是想問如果配合每天固定的有氧運動(我目前是騎健身車)
還是得吃到基代嗎? 感覺這樣的話攝食量會有點多……
如果沒吃到基代加上有氧運動 還是會消耗過多的肌肉嗎?
另外我騎迪卡儂的健身車 固定騎50分鐘
面板上顯示消耗了一千三百多卡
是因為體重比較重消耗得就多嗎? 感覺有點豪洨…
