今天心血來潮想說做一下
因為沒有量尺 不知道確切數據
但手的位置只能手掌過膝蓋…
想必是爛到炸
這個需要訓練嗎
平時自己也有運動 沒想到會這麼差
不練的話會不會容易受傷之類的
