運動後食欲好變胖了 - 健身

這半年來上了瑜珈課(包含皮拉提斯 熱瑜珈)
發現有些轉變: 原本從小到大我都是胃口不好 腸胃吸收也不好
但這半年來的瑜珈課讓我食慾變好
不忌口一直吃的結果就是體重增胖4公斤
(原本45公斤 現在:49公斤 體脂28% 骨骼筋率28.7%)
上網爬文的結果最近也開始在深蹲了
但, 今天好久不見的朋友見到我 第一眼卻說 我發福了...
腿變很粗 有肌肉結實的感覺 臉也圓了一圈...
到底該怎做呢? 我想要保持良好體態 健康的體質
但卻不想發胖 體重往上衝很快....
可否給我意見 謝謝!
