平常早上起來會固定進行訓練,下班回家也會再做一些簡單重訓
有維持168的習慣
平常正餐吃夠卡路里,下班那一次重訓結束後通常就不再繼續進食
然而如果正餐卡路里沒吃夠,下班重訓完該補充食物嗎
有時候一忙起來忘了吃
可能只吃一餐
只吃到基礎代謝所需卡路里的50%左右,回家到訓練結束大概凌晨12點~1點半
該補充蛋白質和碳水嗎?可是這樣吃宵夜會不會影響健康和體脂之類的
遇到這種情形到底該:
1.忍到隔天正餐時間多吃一點(距離上一餐已斷食16小時,16小時前卡路里未達標)
2.下班回家練完後補吃,吃足當天目標卡路里(這樣距離睡醒後下一餐間隔不到8小時)
有建議嗎?
