上禮拜回到台中有去樓下的骨科診所看
一進去我講我的情況
醫生一臉不耐煩:「你之前不就這樣了?」
(我4.5年前有這樣 後來有健身就還好)
照x光片 脊椎正常 無彎無位移無骨裂無骨刺
診斷結果定位坐骨神經痛
這幾天有去復健
電療加拉腰 跟以前一樣 還是感覺沒啥用
(之前後來沒做復健就是感覺做了沒啥用)
看來還是只能靠瘦下來加健身了
我會再參考前篇 慢慢加強鍛鍊
