如何增加體力 - 健身

我是男生身高171體重106 今年30歲
體脂35以上
大約五六年沒有運動 一個月前好奇做了伏地挺身 一下就很吃力了 經過一個月練習我做到
三下 到今天突破自己練兩組 三下現在打字手在抖
我現在的目標改為一天一組就好 可能明天變成四下 慢慢的練重點是每天練 腿的話打算開
合跳就好還可以練心肺 但是可能等以後85公斤以下才跳
不知道這樣對不對
我的飲食大約三個月前開始每天攝取蛋白質約120克 包括兩天喝一瓶雞精 我感覺我體力好
很多
但是我還是跟其他人差很多 所以才會開始練習伏地挺身
回想年輕的自己 在國中國小的時候力氣就比女生小 剛退伍體力最好的時候記得是70公斤
那時候一次可以作20下兩到三組
後來就因為社交恐懼症不敢出門就慢慢變胖
最近之所以想增強體力是因為我好不容易找到一份工作 想把身體練強壯一點這樣上班比較
不會那麼累
主要想用開合跳練心肺跟腿 伏地挺身練手臂 伏地挺身我維持每天練從三下慢慢練看可不可
喔越練越多 不知道我這方法對嗎
還是有更快的方法呢 或是吃什麼東西
