[目標]
1.原先只做器材,近8-10週被建議加自由重量
2.當然希望肌肉/力量越來越大
3.求指教改進~
[菜單]
1.一週跑以下菜單(腿胸背肩)*2
2.一週能去3-4天,按照去的天數 拆部位練
3.有去的每天都會挑個二頭動作
4.同樣部位會間隔3天
(機械=插銷器材;器材=裝槓片器材)
