我女生
一禮拜大約6天會去健身房
重訓一小時+有氧30分
基代1300多,吃1500~1600左右,
其實重訓完就很累了,我都會練到力竭,
然後昨天練背練到背會軟+頭有點暈,
今天一整天都懶洋洋的,懶到連三餐煮菜都不想煮,
什麼事情都不想做,情緒低落,
原本今天該要去練胸的,但我掙扎很久最終還是沒去,
覺得今天一整天都很無力,連體育課我都翹掉了,
無力+情緒低落
不知道是情緒引起的無力感,
還是我昨天重訓消耗比較多熱量(然後吃不夠??
我禮拜1已經休息過1次了,才經過昨天重訓而已,今天又要休息了
想上來問問看,有沒有人有這樣的經驗??
