一樣也是膝蓋問題XD - 減肥

話說為了迎接美好的夏天
從2/16號開始下定決心要減肥 (目標45)
就開始固定晚上跳一個小時左右的鄭多燕
剛開始兩三天
只有覺得大腿有點酸而已
到了3/1號覺得把跑步加入計畫中會比較快
所以3/1, 3/2號晚上都去附近公園快走+慢跑一個小時
隔天也沒有覺得哪裡不舒服
因為台北下雨的關係
所以隔了幾天後又去慢跑和快走
3/7, 3/8號這天當我跑到一半
突然覺得膝蓋好痛
於是就先停下來改成快走
後來3/11號早上起床後
突然覺得我的膝蓋好痛>_<
只要膝蓋稍微抬起來就很酸痛
就連輕鬆走路也是= =
我想說可能是當時跑步沒做暖身
加上我可能跑步姿勢不當而造成的
應該一兩天就會好
所以這幾天我還是繼續跳著鄭多燕
但今天還是好痛喔
熱敷有好一點點
我該去看個西醫或中醫嗎= =?
