忙碌的上班族一週想安排兩次運動,主要想降體脂和增強肌肉
目前預計是每週三晚上和每週六下午
內容是健身房:暖身10分鐘- 重訓40分鐘- 伸展10分鐘 - 有氧30分鐘- 最後上一小時的
瑜珈課
平時沒在吃甜食也沒有要刻意節食,晚餐吃較少而已
這樣的運動安排會有不妥的地方嗎?請大家給我建議,謝謝
