各位好,
第一次在這裡發文,有個困擾N年的問題想請教前輩們O.O
簡述身體狀況:
身高 - 153cm
體重 - 41kg
飲食 - 食量比一般女生大、不挑食、不喝飲料、很少吃零食甜點
三餐至少有兩餐正常,午餐和晚餐通常都吃便當(三菜一肉)
早午餐一起吃的話就是早餐店的套餐(麵包+沙拉+肉+蛋火腿+無糖豆漿)
問題:
大腿內側沒有肉,覺得不好看(以下附圖)

以前國中是騎單車通勤,現在都是走路。
那時大腿用力明顯可感受到上方有肌肉,但是內側跟現在一樣空空的。
如果是增加脂肪的話有試過吃垃圾食物,可是吃到一半就受不了這種飲食方式了Orz
所以還是想利用健康的方式讓身材看起來更好,請問有什麼方法可以讓內側長出肌肉嗎?
