之前有拜讀過dindean大大的文章
多多少少有了解到啥是生酮飲食,
最近運動界(?)也開始狂推防彈咖啡
甚至還開了講座推廣,連防彈咖啡套餐都出現了@@
FB到處都是我喝了防彈咖啡精神變好、頭腦變棒、考試100分的文章。
演講者是一位癲癇患者、過敏、運動者,自稱自己的使命是將運動界帶往
更好的境界,所以狂推防彈飲食跟椰子油,也造成一堆朋友狂喝油減脂貼

不知道大家對這種非營養師推出的講座相信度有多少?
