雖然標題很驚悚,但請大家不要急著噓
最近上教練課,教練本身有去比選美,
說到 低重量連續出力的動作可以讓"肌內脂肪"消掉,就是吃牛排油花那部分。
為此回家google了一下,發現還真有一說

內文:肌肉內脂肪減少:肌肉內的脂肪會降低肌肉收縮的效率,耐力性練習能降低
肌肉內脂肪的含量,從而提高肌肉收縮的效率。
雖然人體皮下、內臟脂肪佔大多數,不過給雕塑體態要再更精益求精的參考囉。
