一週重訓一天 - 健身

大家好~~~
減肥的目的是減脂,現階段體脂肪太高了BMI也過胖(27.2)
一週有氧三天,每次45分左右,飲食都有在控制~
不知道需不需要搭配重訓讓減肥更有效率
找了公司附近的健身房諮詢,教練說一週練一次重訓就好
(因為有跟他說我時間上沒辦法太常去~他就說一天就可以了)
但是看大家重訓好像都會一週好幾練,目前能去健身房重訓也就只有一天
那這樣是不是先專注有氧減脂呢?
怕只有上一天重訓沒有效果,白花錢了~
還是一週一次重訓好好練也是有效果的呢?
