最近疫情關係
休了一個多月
這陣子看狀況好像好很多
就開始恢復訓練
但發現重量掉了不少
尤其腿感覺特別沒力
雖然原本就沒特別厲害
可是感覺又更廢了
不知道大家停練後都花多久時間找回感覺
