三千配速進步 - 健身

如題 各位好 小弟四個月兵
在軍中養成跑三千習慣 大概跑15分內
目前退伍一個多月 大概重訓休息日會跑步 三天一次
最近的幾次成績如下

雖然說我跑50公尺就開始累了
不過第一公里通常可以有4:30的速度
後面二 三公里 就被打回原形剩下五分速
有時候最後面一百公尺可以在小衝刺一下
目前最好可以跑到14分 大部分都在1430-50
目標是進步到四分速跑三千
有沒有一些小技巧可以給小弟建議的 先謝過各位了
