大家好
大約從2022年3月開始玩健身環,
5月時發現體重下降緩慢(當時才減1公斤),
為了增加有氧運動所以買了健身拳擊2,
體重也隨著加入拳擊下降,
因為目前體重體脂停滯2個月了,
想請教大家有那些部份可以改善的。

性別:男
年齡:31
身高:166
體重:71 -> 59.9
BMI: 25.7 -> 21.7
體脂率:28.7 -> 19.6 (三星手錶每日定時定狀態量測)

早餐:無調味分離乳清 96大卡
午餐:便當 800大卡 或 超商控制在700大卡以下熟食
晚餐:下班運動完 可可分離乳清 129大卡 搭配約 100大卡內零食(例如:Kid-O)
其他:週六、日大吃大喝,不計算熱量飲食
日常作息時間:上班族,朝八晚五,下班後運動,12點就寢。
生活型態:辦公室上班族
健康狀況:否
運動習慣:一週四次
1. Switch健身環1小時(遊戲運動時間約20-30分鐘) 遊戲計算約消耗80-100大卡
2. Jeff 7分鐘腹肌訓練
3. Switch有氧拳擊2,心跳數平均約140~170左右,重度28分鐘,持續7個月,
遊戲計算約消耗240-270大卡
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
每天早上固定時間都會都用三星手錶測量體脂
最近兩個月發現體重跟體脂停滯,
甚至出現減肌增脂的徵兆(雖然我知道體脂數據參考就好),
但停滯2個月了還是有些讓人沮喪。
希望跟大家請益有哪些部分可以做調整,

我個人在打怪時常用的招式:
深蹲、寬深蹲、登山式、向上推壓、背面推壓、
三頭肌、圓環箭、高舉雙臂扭動、俯身划船、船式
目前在跑冒險模式(闖關模式有跑步等闖關的小動作)進入二周目(約280等),
當初看別人遊玩的心得文,也想訂下的目標到999等...
但是現在看到體重停滯甚至增脂減肌,
讓我考慮健身環想改用自訂模式只選有阻力的動作。
想請教大家的意見 謝謝
