昨天看到版上有PO出康是美減重營的訊息, 想說去參加順便可以
量一下體脂肪以及體重, 因為從開始天天慢跑到今天為止也差不多
一個月了, 大概中午左右就跑去康是美量, 看到體脂計的數字
停在76.8的時候, 我超感動的... 雖然體脂率還是很高23.6, 但是
我已經很高興了, 因為我這幾個禮拜來是很少忌口, 除了油炸
物幾乎少吃以外, 晚餐5點半就吃了, 晚上8.9點跑個4-5KM後, 就吃
一盒水果這樣! 不過我應該是每天都有吃到超過基代的!!! 我
想說運動減重把它拉長到幾個月來檢視, 會比較有明顯成效, 目前還
在持續努力當中!! 回想兩年前不小心93KG被抓進替代役的樣子,
連自己都會嚇到... 版上給我蠻多資訊的! 也感謝版娘寶貴意見!!!
只是我沒聽板娘的話, 83公斤就開始跑步了XD, 想說最近換個游泳
運動來讓自己的膝蓋休養一下好了!
只是上來抒發一下開心的情緒!!! 謝謝大家!!
