其實我一直沒有固定的跑步習慣
體能也很貧弱
一個禮拜可能會跑步兩次
看情況增減距離
有人陪跑時往往比較有動力一直跑下去
當一個人時,就差了很多
有時跑個3K(16min)就草草了事
有時又一時興起,跑個10K(55min)
總覺得體力還是太糟
有很大的進步空間
可就是忍不住跑步時的無聊放空
超討厭自己這種怕無聊的個性
