三種夾胸動作的效果 - 健身

各位好
小弟練胸時最後一個動作都是夾胸
看當天WG的人潮決定用哪個動作
CABLE夾胸 蝴蝶機夾胸 啞鈴飛鳥這三種
以這三種動作來說 各位覺得哪個效益最好呢?
CABLE優點應該是角度多 全程有阻力
缺點應該就是太熱門 常常得等
蝴蝶機固定軌跡可以做較大重量
但也因此缺少一些自由度
啞鈴飛鳥 我自己做這動作是常常抓不太到感覺
只有在最低點有拉伸
想請問各位覺得這三種動作的效果 哪個比較好呢?
