各位巨巨們好,本人是一枚小弱弱,自體重訓數年,進了健身房卻總是抓不到感覺、用不對力。
去了健身房三次,練胸時,胸推、臥推後,都感覺不到做完俯臥撐的胸部緊實感,反而是三角肌下方呈現撕裂般的痛處。
第三次時讓教練指導槓鈴臥推,也依舊感到撕裂感。
手往後與身體呈現W形時,撕裂感尤其顯著。
我臥推是先試12~15rm,之後再推9rm。胸推機做6*5、蝴蝶機做9*5,做完都會有相同部位的撕裂感
想請問各位前輩,小弟我這樣是用不對力、還是部份肌群太弱?
這樣又該如何改善?調整重量嗎?
