三項卡關,求大家突破的經驗或計劃 - 健身

大家好,我今年32,身高173,體重大約82-85kg,
發現自己三項卡關很久了,
大概斷斷續續健身有五年了,
這三年比較認真,一週4-5練,
目前1Pr 半蹲大概150, 傳統硬舉180,臥推80
大概快一年沒有突破了
中間找過教練,不過教練是教健美的,
所以也沒有特別請教他三項的問題,
飲食大概一天2500-3000kcal 蛋白質有吃到150g
但是我發現我重量卡關很久了
目前課表是胸、肩、背、腿手,各一天
腿的話是拉力帶腰帶都上,
大約是先硬舉四組
100kg X15 X1 組
140kg X10 X1 組
160kg X6-8 X1 組
180kg X1
然後會試200kg但是會失敗
後面深蹲四組,
80kgX15 X1組
120kg X10 X 1組
130kg X 8 X 1組
然後會試試看160kg 但是大概只能1/4蹲三下,
半蹲就會站不起來,
之後可能會練機械式,
前抬腿100kg X10下X4組,
後抬腿 40kg X10下X4組,
但是我的PR始終沒有突破
一直很希望深蹲可以到體重X2硬舉可以到體重X2.5以上
請問各位大哥有沒有什麼建議

後抬腿 40kg X10下X4組,
但是我的PR始終沒有突破
一直很希望深蹲可以到體重X2硬舉可以到體重X2.5以上
請問各位大哥有沒有什麼建議
