我是新人
剛練了一個半月
體重從78>81
開始慢慢抓感覺
也因為是新人 所以進步很快
但是臥推感覺就沒怎麼增加
剛練兩周到現在的1RM(kg)
深蹲50→90
硬舉90→130
臥推40→50
想問一下臥推是本來就會進展比較慢嗎?
還是說我得額外加強什麼輔助項?
