上下半身運動方法 - 健身

想問一下,本人健身新手,因為自己下半身的大腿跟小腿比較粗,之前都做一些腿部有氧運
像是抬腿之類的,因為目標是希望上半身可以練一些肌肉讓線條好看,下半身比較想讓腿不
麼粗,所以最近打算(上半身重訓、下半身有氧) or (上半身重訓、下半身重訓強度低搭配有
氧),不知道這樣的運動方法好不好。
想問一下大家的意見
