上完三個月教練課心得 - 健身

健身有一段時間
但中途其實都因不可抗力因素有中斷
然後也不是很認真
包括飲食自己也沒在注重
前一陣子練了幾個月後
決定還是上一次教練看看
一方面是覺得自己停滯
另一方面是希望學到真正的發力位置

雖然知道inbody 不是很準確
不過看到自己都只掉脂肪
但肌肉好像都沒長大還蠻意外的XD

上課是除了健身實體課外還加了飲食
飲食部分真的捨棄了很多
我以前很愛喝飲料吃炸物跟垃圾食物
開始上課後幾乎都只吃青菜、飯跟雞胸肉
唯一會喝到甜的可能只有乳清
然後每天幾乎都喝非常多水
以前沒開始盯自己飲食總覺得外食族很難
但開始限制自己後才發現
其實7-11跟全家的選擇滿多的
有些即食雞胸肉蠻好吃的,缺點是鹹
後期也有找到一家不錯的健身餐店
加一份雞胸肉的便當大概190
有點小貴,但飯菜肉都蠻夠的
而健身課自己也覺得受益良多
自己雖然瞎練很久、看了很多Youtube
但成長真的不是很明顯
教練是沒星期看我的體態照片
去作調整
可以很明顯看到
其實每週的進步都很平均
看哪裡小就補哪裡
滿針對細微的部位
上胸可能就有分外側內側
三角就有上或下
然後可以更看到自己的盲點
像請教練前我以為我背練得還可以算寬
結果教練說我背是相對弱的XD
練運動按摩師傅也這樣說
當然最重要的自己掌控發力位置更好
包括肩胛、胸椎肋骨、腳
我相信這些我練多久都不可能自己會
雖然看到成果算滿意
但回顧自己的付出其實也算應該
因為飲食真的嚴格很多
而且我幾乎一週七練
甚至還會早上特地7.8點去健身再上班
不過可喜的是至少健身是有付出會有結果
雖然板上偶有抱怨找到負評教練
但以我的經驗找到一個好的教練還是能學到很多啦,就是要多看看
不過最後真的必須說
找教練不是就會有結果
真的真的還是要靠自己的意志跟努力!
