大家好,我是高雄的自由教練Harry
目前有三年教學經驗,以矯正性運動、體態矯正、功能性訓練為主
具有比較知名的認證有
-NASM運動矯正專家
-ACE認證國際教練
-FMS、SFMA功能性評估認證
-KAT呼吸優化、脊柱優化、動作優化
-Functional Pattern系統訓練
運氣關係,從當教練開始就遇到很多身體較有狀況的客戶,也促使我往矯正性、功能性運動這塊去專研,協助訓練過並得到改善的客戶有:
1.肩膀不適(五十肩、沾黏、夾擠...等)
2.下背不適(椎間盤突出、滑脫、腰椎受傷過...等)
3.嚴重駝背(胸椎過度後突)
4.前十字韌帶傷後訓練
除了以上,當然還有很多常見的生活文明病客戶經驗
想開放8個免費的單堂評估、教學和簡單的訓練:
1.只需要負擔個人的單次健身房費用即可
2.時間以60分鐘為主
3.會給予簡單的後續訓練建議或狀態說明
4.我並不是物理治療師,若您的狀況不屬於教練可以處理的範疇我也會直接了當的建議您轉
不管是身體有些不適、體態矯正、想修正訓練動作或單純的增肌減脂訓練都可以
會盡量在60分鐘內給予您我盡可能的協助與建議
