上完瑜珈課後失眠 - 健身

如題
小弟因為長期姿勢不良導致身體痠痛
最近來上瑜珈課來拉拉筋
每週3-4次目前維持約3個禮拜
前2週上完身體狀況改善蠻明顯
後來漸漸發現晚上開始失眠
失眠原因是覺得身體緊緊的
例如說前幾天大腿折比較多
晚上睡覺的時候就覺得大腿好像要伸展到特定姿勢才好睡
如圖腰椎扭轉腳超開

但是又不可能保持不符合人體工學姿勢睡整晚
感覺隔天一定出事
後來扭了各種姿勢後才睡著
然後今天又來上瑜珈
今天主要是肩膀折比較多
晚上果然又睡不著
剛剛翻來覆去折了一堆奇葩姿勢

發現肩關節都要外旋手臂垂地板才好睡
這個也是感覺睡一個晚上隔天一定出事
目前正在失眠中QQ
而我也不希望下次脊椎折比較多之後晚上要大法師才能睡
請問這個是發生什麼狀況?
