已經上了約二個月的教練課
一周兩堂,都是下班後去上課
有過身體狀況很好的時候
肌肉感受度明顯,很好掌控自己身體
安排的波比跳等也都輕鬆搞定,上的很順
妙的是上課前一小時都還覺得上完班很累
上課途中才驚覺今天狀態超好!
但也有過狀況很糟的時候
施力部位一直不對,間歇運動喘到不行
所以整堂課花很多時間在調動作或喘= =
而且上課前都還覺得今天身體ok,
也是上課途中才驚覺今天狀態超差…
所以有點好奇大家在運動前能感覺出今天自己的身體狀況嗎
畢竟一堂課也不便宜,
還是希望能在狀態好的時後來上課
