我跟很多版友一樣,都是吃不胖體質
曾經也很努力的鍛練,想提升一些肌肉
也試過很多方式,當然連乳清少不了
但是效果是有
但這效果似乎是對著鏡子自我摧眠的安慰
直到開始上班後
連上站爬文的時間都很少了
更別說是訓練了
結果 半年後 體重就不自覺得增加了5公斤了
