上班族可以有氧的運動時間? - 健身

爬文看到有人說睡前不要做有氧
對睡眠品質不好
那上班族假設5點半下班
買完晚餐回到家再吃完晚餐大概都已經7點~7點半了
吃飽又不可以馬上進行有氧運動...
預估抓個1小時半給它消化
這樣時間都已經8點半~9點了...
隔天上班是早上7點起床
晚上9~10點運動
洗澡完已經11點...這樣11點才就寢 已經不符合"睡前不要有氧"這句話了
周休二日的上班族 理想的運動時間真的都沒有嗎??
ps.這裡指的有氧是踩飛輪
