多喝水已經是大家都有的觀念
我也從每天一杯手搖飲料, 到現在大概戒了2個月
偶爾真的很饞, 會自己冷泡無糖的茶包(很淡,一包茶包泡個1500ml的水)
但是這對我來說真不是個好選擇啊
喝茶真的會很快就餓了! 就算三餐正常吃還是一樣
就會更想吃零嘴...
大家會這麼覺得嗎?
我想我真的該學習完全喝白開水了
