聽說是國民健康局推的
因為最近這幾天都在下雨不能出去跑步
就想說來玩一下
結果跳完了還真是...一點感覺也沒有啊 Orz
完全沒有運動到的感覺
這樣真的可以降低死亡率&延長壽命嗎?
而且示範的姐姐超不專業的
點沒到,拍子也沒到
比較起來,學校的健康操還比較專業咧~
而且運動量比較大的感覺 (當然是要連續跳個幾次時間才夠啦)
