常常在板上看到 討論有關上班族的訓練方法
在下當了幾年上班族
深知 "每天坐椅子打電腦吃下午茶 很快就會爆炸" 這件事
所幸在 Fitness 有學到正確的心態和方法
最近正式進入而立之年 準備自稱大叔 XD
也趁興拍了一些做為紀念的照片
在這邊和大家分享我進行中的方法
有錯誤之處也請不吝指正
性別:男
年齡:30
身高:171
體重:73 ~ 75
目前的一天作息是這樣的
08:30 起床
09:00 早餐 (飯團/漢堡/三明治) + (咖啡/茶)
早餐吃飽很重要 盡量均衡之外 醣類比重也可以高一點
( ---------- 工作 ---------- )
12:20 午餐 公司團膳
隨意點餐 均衡就好
不介意吃什麼 不吃撐就好 怕防礙午睡
下午肚子餓的話 16:00 補一個麵包類
( ---------- 工作 ---------- )
18:00 運動時間
30 min 重訓
週一 背
週二 肩
週三 腿
週四 手
週五 胸
(腹每天做)
30 min 跑步
盡量控制在總共 60 min
週六在晚餐前跑一次 60 min
週日休息
19:15 一面工作一面吃晚餐 (綜合水果) + (乳清加料泡成粥)
晚上肚子餓的話 21:00 補一個麵包類

23:15 收工回家
01:30 睡覺
也不是很硬性規定時間 看情況調整就是 >w<
那麼以下是目前進度的照片
都是在公司健身房拍的 但不是都同一天
基本上練完該部位 隔天再拍

整體來說
我覺得手最差 胸第二差 背還可以
腿應該練得最好 但是怎麼照都照不好 Orz
... 以下幾張則是趁興自 high 一下
