安安各位巨巨 巨奶
下起大雷雨的午後
通常3.4點時 肥仔我就有點嘴饞
開始想說要買什麼點心吃吃
以增肌時來說
最常買的就是 全家義美豆漿 加 地瓜 或是
微波雞塊
看標示豆漿加雞塊就有30左右的蛋白(印象)
但是吃久了也是膩
現在就是豆漿基本配備 加上超商裡有比較多蛋白的食物
例
滷味的雞胗 蛋白也高 但好鹹 吃兩次就不行了
烤雞三明治 雞肉手卷飯糰 等等
差不多都吃過了
所以想上來問問大家
下午的點心都吃些什麼呢?
