下半身肌肉不平衡 - 健身

晚安各位巨巨,今天去萵苣參觀順便量了一下InBody(如上圖)
不量不知道,一量發現下半身左右肌肉量差了1公斤多(13.6%)
這個狀況算是失衡很嚴重了嗎?
如果是的話該怎麼訓練讓身體可以平衡回來。
教練說不平衡的狀況未來可能會導致骨盆歪斜
