各位大大安安,小妹是健身新手
最近剛開始運動,
我的身材是屬於下半身肥胖型的,大腿也是脂肪型的腿。
然後為了瘦(雕塑?)下半身我會在健身房做一些腿推和大腿內側及外側的機械式重訓
有天,有個教練走過來看我在做腿推就跟我說:"你下半身比較胖,不要在做下半身的重
訓了,這樣會讓你更胖"
我“可是這樣不是可以雕塑下半身嗎?”
教練“你這觀念錯很大”
然後我繼續追問哪裡錯,教練就不肯說了。(可能要買課才會跟我說吧)
我想請問重訓不是可以增加肌肉,然後就可以提高基代不是嗎?
那為什麼不能做下半身的重訓?
