只是想請問一下大家
隨著秋冬到來,空氣品質開始變很差
pm2.5動不動就紫爆,氣象報告都說建議不要在戶外劇烈運動
雖然可以去健身房
但我個人還是比較喜歡路跑,那種感覺跟跑跑步機完全不同
只是這個天氣又讓人很猶豫
跑步是想讓身體健康結果會部會越運動越差啊
有人也有這樣的問題嗎,還是就直接衝了~~
