下半身肥胖和上半身不成比例 - 健身

158 cm 46~47 kg aound
上半身很纖細,扁身,但是下半身臀部和大腿與小腿比168公分的還粗
應該練那些運動或從哪方面著手
即使吃到50公斤,上半身仍然纖細
都集中腹部以下特別是臀部非常大
上半身可以xs的衣服
下半身要穿m的size 差兩個size
可想而知多驚人
吃在胖也是英文字母第一個開頭的cup.
脂肪會跑到下半身去湊熱鬧
這有解嗎?
